Job Fair and Competitions Featured During Event

The Green Bay Empire Beauty School hosted a job fair for the current students and graduates of the school. With six local salons on hand, the future professionals were able to network and discuss possible career opportunities. The school also presented a check to their local domestic violence shelter, Family Violence Center-Golden House. The funds were raised by the students and donated to the shelter in the amount of $2,012.46.
The students also offered free beauty services and tours of the school. In addition to the festivities, the school paid tribute to Michael Jackson during their celebration of the 100 Days of Empire. The school set up a projector that played Michael Jackson’s videos and songs throughout the day as the students held a dance completion, which was judge based on best Michael Jackson performance, hair, makeup and dress.

Join in the celebration as we open our doors at noon in Green Bay on Tuesday, March 30th! Enjoy free beauty services from our professionally trained students. Plus, take a tour of of the school and learn more about a career in cosmetology. Our students will also host a hair competition for all to see! And, we'll present our locally adopted domestic abuse shelter with funds we raised during National Day of Beauty. Stop in and join us in the celebration for the 100 Days of Empire!
